Urban Revival Fashion is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced or linked herein (collectively, these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

All descriptions of products, including pricing and availability, are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been submitted (see also Section 12 – Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions).
SECTION 2A – AUTHENTICITY & RESALE CONDITION
Urban Revival Fashion is an authenticated resale platform. We are committed to offering only genuine products.

Each eligible item is subject to inspection and verification using our internal processes and, where appropriate, third-party tools or partners.

In the rare event an item you purchase is determined by us or a reputable third-party authenticator to be non-authentic, our sole obligation will be, at our discretion, to provide a refund or online store credit in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Because many pieces are one-of-a-kind, availability is limited and items may not be replaceable.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) or service(s) in your cart. Urban Revival Fashion reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, at its sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance (for example, via order confirmation email). We must receive and process your payment method before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted and processing has begun.
In the event that we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. You acknowledge and agree that you have reviewed and understood our Refund Policy before placing an order.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use and not primarily for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise indicated. Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.
Prices posted in our online store may differ from prices offered elsewhere (including physical stores or third-party sites). From time to time, we may offer promotions that are governed by separate terms. In the event of a conflict between promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms will govern for that promotion only.

(iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider; and
(iv) you will pay all charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping, handling, and all applicable taxes.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping terms (including available methods, timing, and costs) are set out in our Shipping Policy.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to process and ship orders promptly, but all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, strikes, or other events outside our control

Packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as “Delivered”

Additional duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by customs or local authorities

All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

You may be provided with access to third-party tools as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor control.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Urban Revival Fashion is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Urban Revival Fashion. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Urban Revival Fashion, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Urban Revival Fashion.

To the extent we are found liable to you, our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with the Services or any products will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.

You and Urban Revival Fashion consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
