URBAN REVIVAL FASHION — RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Urban Revival Fashion (“URF”) is a luxury and collectible fashion reseller. Most pieces are one-of-a-kind, so we maintain a limited return window and strict condition standards to protect both our customers and our inventory.

By placing an order with URF, you agree to the policy below, subject to applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.


1. Return Window

For most purchases, you have 5 days from the date your order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier (“Receiving”) to request a return.

  • After 5 days from Receiving, returns are generally not eligible.

  • “Receiving” is defined as the date and time the shipping carrier’s tracking shows the package as delivered.


2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos or video of the item if it’s damaged, defective, or not as described

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving approval will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted:

  • We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Depending on the item category and location, we may issue a prepaid return label or provide return shipping instructions for you to arrange.


3. Return Shipping

  • Unless the item was defective, damaged on arrival, or materially not as described, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For approved returns due to URF error (e.g., wrong item shipped, major undisclosed defect), URF may provide a prepaid return label.

  • We strongly recommend using trackable shipping and shipping insurance. URF is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.


4. Damages, Issues & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective, or

  • You receive the wrong item

Email customerservice@urbanrevivalfashion.com with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or video of the item, packaging, and any damage

We’ll evaluate the issue and work with you to repair, replace (if possible), or refund according to this policy and inventory availability.


5. Exchanges

Because URF deals in limited, often one-of-a-kind pieces, we cannot guarantee availability for exchanges.

If you’d like a different size or item, the fastest method is:

  1. Request a return for your original item within the 5-day window.

  2. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the item you want (if available).

URF does not place holds on inventory while returns are in transit.


6. Inspection & Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return:

  1. Inspection

    • We will inspect the item within 3 business days of receipt to verify condition, tags, and overall eligibility.

    • High-value or limited pieces may undergo additional authentication and condition checks.

  2. Approval or Rejection

    • We will notify you by email whether your return has been approved or rejected, along with the reason if rejected.

  3. Refund Method & Timing

    • If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

    • Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

    • If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at customerservice@urbanrevivalfashion.com.

Shipping costs (original or return) are non-refundable unless your item was damaged, defective, or not as described due to URF’s error.


7. Fraud Prevention & Authentication Protection

To protect our customers and our authenticity guarantee:

  • High-value orders and returns may require additional verification, such as:

    • Video unboxing showing the package being opened, or

    • Additional photos of tags, labels, and condition

  • URF reserves the right to deny returns or refunds where:

    • Items show signs of wear, tampering, or tag/security seal removal

    • The returned item does not match the original item shipped (e.g., different size, model, or condition)

    • There is evidence of fraud, abuse, or return manipulation

All decisions are subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
