URBAN REVIVAL FASHION — SHIPPING POLICY

Urban Revival Fashion (“URF,” “we,” “us,” “our”) ships all orders from our California fulfillment location. For security reasons, we do not publicly display our warehouse address.

Order Processing

• We do everything in our power to process and ship all orders within 48 hours of payment.
  
  

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
  
  

• Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotions.

Shipping Options

Customers may select from multiple shipping methods at checkout. Options typically include:

• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
  
  

• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
  
  

• Overnight / Next-Day Shipping
  
  

• Local Carrier Options (USPS, UPS, FedEx) — prices shown at checkout
  
  

The final list of carriers and pricing will be configured within Shopify 

Tracking & Delivery

• All shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation.
  
  

• Delivery confirmation is required to determine eligibility for refunds under our Refund Policy.
  
  

• Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled.
  
  

• URF is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship only within the United States. (International shipping may be added later.)
  
  

• We do not ship to PO Boxes for high-value items unless the customer requests it and assumes responsibility.

Order Verification

High-value orders may require identity verification or signature confirmation for fraud protection.
